Trainer & Coaches

Elisabeth Schmid is a coach, consultant and presenter and works for a wide range of national and international companies. As one of the few accredited MOA experts in Germany, she uses a labour-psychology, holistic testing method for measuring chronic stress, burnout prevention and for measuring meaningfully orientated motivation.
The area of responsibility of the coach Joachim Domes lies in personal and professional development/change. In addition to the classical coaching work, Joachim focuses on the format "hiking coaching", which combines the love of nature, peace, tranquility and plenty of fresh air with the classical elements of coaching.
This is a very special experience not only for all those people who like to go for a walk or are dedicated to hiking, but also for all those who would like to experience coaching outside of closed rooms and instead in our beautiful nature.
